Meet The Team
Dr. Shelby Trosdahl is a Battle Lake Graduate who has proudly been providing Physical Therapy services in Battle Lake for the past 3 years. Shelby graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in 2017. He has 8 years of Physical Therapy experience in a wide variety of acute, subacute, and chronic diagnosis’s. Shelby is also Certified in Emergency Medical Management in Sports and serves as medical staff for the Battle Lake School sporting events.
Dr. Gwen Humann graduated from University of Mary in 2012 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Gwen possesses a great deal of knowledge, having treated a wide variety of conditions. She is certified in LSVT BIG and Dry Needling and is proficient in geriatrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, cupping, soft tissue work, and much more! Gwen and her family like spending time on the lakes and going to NDSU and Viking football games.
Amy Toenjes is a Battle Lake native. She graduated high school from Battle Lake in 1993. Amy is also a University of North Dakota graduate, graduating with her Masters of Physical Therapy Degree in 1998. Amy has over 25 years of experience and brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the clinic. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, and being at the lake.
